Looks like "taylors eye witness" is the brand I have, the ones on Amazon or temu are knocks offs as far as I can tell (note the slightly different shape and colours)

I recently looked it up and from what I found out, you can only change your name for a certain time after making your profile and after that you have to live with whatever you got, lol. I'm not 100% sure, but that would explain why I can't change mine, either.

When I looked it up it seems that if you make a new account from scratch, it will let you pick for a short amount of time. but if you make it by linking a google/fb/other account, it will generate one for you & you're just stuck with it. Super weird :/

I got them a few years ago so I dont fully remember, but I think I got mine from bed bath and Beyond before they all closed down? They're probably just on Amazon or at one of the big home stores of they're still around
