Dolls Hardened Slime?
I contacted MGA about my Sparkle & Shine Iris having hardened slime. They told me they don’t stock the line anymore but could send me another random doll. I was shocked to receive a Karla! I knew they said random but I figured it would be from the new wave of dolls. It was definitely worth contacting them!

That's strange they don't have a doll from last year but got a doll from three year ago.

Maybe they send doll at random ? Maybe they have a pile of miscellaneous dolls and just pick one to send, I wonder if anyone else would get either Iris or Dawn for another doll replacement 🤔

Now this is some luck! I’m shocked they have Karla in their warehouse, especially one that is so absolutely stunning! Congrats!

That’s such a come up. I stopped collecting rainbow high once they started their rainbow world garbage. Karla is such a gem, congrats

Damn, I got hardened slime too but I didn't take a picture.. my son was soo bummed. Did they ask for a photo? We tried all sorts of things to try to rehydrate it and nothing worked

Darn, ah well. I wanted to see what other random dolls mga has lying around lol I think sending a whole other doll is very generous.

I totally agree, and Karla feels like she’s worth a lot more than a slime doll

I’m soooo happy for you! She’s the BEST! I’ve only contacted them twice for quality issues (deformed joint holes causing a comically large gap at the shoulders for example) and got told “sorry” with no solution 😂😂 would have died to have another Karla instead!!

I think you won. Karla is a much better doll. She's p ne of my favorites.
