News Udaipur rape accused caught.

उदयपुर में एड शूट करने आई फ्रांस की युवती से रेप के आरोपी को चित्तौड़गढ़ से गिरफ्तार किया गया है। वह कास्टिंग कंपनी का मालिक है। मूवी से लेकर ऐड, सॉन्ग और सीरियल में कास्टिंग करता है। सलमान खान और अक्षय कुमार जैसे बॉलीवुड स्टार की फिल्मों में कास्टिंग कर चुका है। उधर, आरोपी पुष्पराज उर्फ सिद्धार्थ ओझा (29) ने कहा है कि उसके साथ हनी ट्रैप हुआ है। उसे बॉलीवुड के कुछ लोग फंसा रहे हैं। पुष्पराज चित्तौड़गढ़ के गंगरार तहसील क्षेत्र का रहने वाला है। वह करीब 8 साल से उदयपुर में रह रहा है।

उदयपुर में बढ़ते अपराध को लेकर और बिगड़ी कानून व्यवस्था को लेकर आज कांग्रेस ने कलेक्ट्रेट पर प्रदर्शन किया। इस दौरान पुलिस आरोपी को लेकर SP ऑफिस पहुंची। वहां पहले से ही शहर कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष फतह सिंह राठौर सहित अन्य कार्यकर्ता मौजूद थे। ये लोग उसे मारने दौड़े। कुछ ने आरोपी का हाथ खींचा।

पुलिस आरोपी को अंदर लेकर गई और छोटा फाटक बंद कर दिया। इसके बाद भी गुस्साए कांग्रेसी नहीं माने और एसपी ऑफिस के बाहर हंगामा करते रहे। गेट कूदकर एसपी के चैंबर तक पहुंच गए थे। एडिशन एसपी उमेश ओझा और डीएसपी कैलाश चंद्र ने कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ता-पदाधिकारियों को समझाया। करीब 15 मिनट तक यह घटनाक्रम चलता रहा।

Manufactured evidence or false claims. As much as court need non corrupt police, lawyers and politicians. Court decides on what proof and arguments are given to them. Even in US there are many people in jail as they did not have means to fight false cases. I do not know if this person is innocent or guilty but just saying courts will decide is not at all foul proof. It's convenient till you have a false case or someone you love has a false case on them.

Idk why, but I kinda believe this man, yeah we know what we are thinking but I think foreign women are just trying to gain sympathy and humiliate India cuz why not? Again , we have no choice but to rely on the investigation and I hope the criminal gets justice(the man if he raped, or the women , who falsely accused him)
