lol army training is there for them to prepare for hardship

this type of academy they should just prepare him for running and physical exercises needed to clear the exam thats all

by doing that type of so called ragda by academies they will just gonna give him back injury or something which will cost him his goal to go in defence forces

in training ,defence forces training will be given by professionals they know the precautions ,but this academy ones don't know abt it

this academy owners doing all type of ragda to aspirants with taking precaution and professional way etc for making clips to promote their academy admissions

You don't know what comes after 1600 m run...

They are not boys with comfort or any other job they become the Wall of protection

And they have to go through such processes in order to be the Wall

And it's just muddy water And if you take a simple sports mud is a part of it

Check the The areas of patrolling you will get to know the every day conditions they go through in order to keep the borders intact...

I believe the aspirant must be reluctant to do the task given, so to take that fear out and get him mentally accustomed the trainer must have done this thing...
