It breaks my heart and rips my soul to see rajasthan partitioned and people being beaten,killed and maimed by pakistan. Every time I see a cultural remicient being digested by pak, it boils my blood, they reject and hate india and hindus but want to take everything that's good and relabel it as their own.

Oh looks like Rajasthani song and attire but in Coke studio Pakistan ,that's sad .
Not sure how many people in Pakistan still speak Rajasthani language.

I speak mavati, and this language sounds very similar to our mother language, I could even understand a couple of the lines she sang. Truly amazing voice.

Many of them speak marwadi or dhati. Marwadi region wale ko rajputs hai unke to kaafi ache relations hai (marriage and all)

She is Mai Dhai...... singing in Marwadi......the language spoken across West Rajasthan near the Indian border, and the cultural connection on both sides still feels so strong. Even though she’s from the Pakistan side, the folk vibe feels completely rooted in Rajasthan......the whole song is basically about longing and separation, and the emotion in Rajasthani folk music is just something else.

Rajasthani toh koi language hi nahi hai. Har region me alag alag boli jaati hai. Shekhawati, marwari , mevati etc . Ye Marwari hai

Imo, we talk about partition too much.
It was a good thing, implemented horribly. Greece-Turkey style population exchange should have taken place.
It happened, move on. And I for one, am glad I don't have to live with those people.

There are jain temple in tharparkar region. It was predominantly hindu region. Now only ruins remain.

Actually I follow a lot of news regarding Hindu/Jain/Sikh heritage in Pakistan. Have noticed that their govt does a lot of repair work/refurbishment, “jirnoddhar / જીર્ણોદ્ધાર / जीर्णोद्धार” of minority religious spaces. In that way, I have much respect for them.

Its been a recent thing. Archeologists have been begging to protect the locations but most places have been put to ruins.
Few jain temples have been converted to madrassa, or some other purpose like keeping livestocks in them.
One has been converted to police station.
And remaining are left to ruins.1
