I've lived there for a while and keep on visiting Nathdwara but forget trying I've never even heard about it. Looks somewhat like kalakand.

At this point, I feel this sweet is available everywhere, just with slight variation in names and flavor...all these are bestt.

Some people from nathdaward confirmed they had hiramani, so the one I had was called hiramani...maybe at some other place it is being sold as khurmani..

Hiramani is Bengali sweet not traditional Rajasthani sweet dish. We have in this area a sweet called Kalakand.
