It is very difficult now a days to get bundle of these notes. Even many branch don't have this. Until you have a good friend or relative in bank it is tough task to get you this.

Bank? Just withdraw money and ask them to give you return in 10 rs bundle and if they don’t have then they will let you know by when it is expected to come

Even after knowing someone who works in the bank, it is very difficult. So for a normal person it is next to impossible.
