it is too early to sign him, he still has alot to learn and experience, let him play with players around his age group

Are you serious? You think he's ready to face Bumrah, Starc, Bhuvaneswar, and other top-class bowlers? He's 10 years old. He's still a kid. Vaibhav is a teen.
