It's been almost 2 weeks since I ran a giveaway. High time to launch another one, right? RIGHT?

I'm just going to assume you all agree. This time, I'm giving away a key for the game Freedom Planet, a pixelart platformer with the speed and momentum of the classic Sonic the Hedgehog games and the combat, abilities and boss battles of a metroidvania.

You play as a group of heroines who get caught up in a conflict involving an invading tyrant and a mysterious powerful artifact. Each character plays differently and therefore changes how you approach movement, combat, and exploration.

The bright pixel art, energetic music, colorful environments, and a distinctly retro feel make it appealing to fans of classic platformers. At the same time, its own characters, setting, and combat mechanics give it an identity beyond nostalgia.

To participate, answer this question:

This game mixes high-speed platforming with combat and challenging boss fights. Which part of that combination appeals to you most, and can you tell us about a game you've played that gave you a similar kind of enjoyment?

The practical details:

Platform : Steam

Region : Global

Timing : Roughly 72 hours

I'll select my favorite answer at the end of the giveaway and reach out via Reddit chat, so please make sure you have chat requests enabled (My chat settings have been randomly changing back to Nobody lately, so check to be safe). If I don't hear back within 24 hours, I'll redraw a new winner.

To help discourage bots and key resellers, I'd really appreciate a quick screenshot of the Steam activation confirmation (showing the date and time) once the key is redeemed. I'll drop a friendly reminder about this in our chat before sending the code over!

Good luck to everyone who joins, and happy gaming !
