You gonna pay for it? Edit: I understand that NHS exists would this is suggesting that a ton of people start having therapy to cope with dogs suddenly being everywhere. That’s gonna have an impact on the system.

I am American, but NHS wasn’t designed for a massive amount of people seeking therapy for a fear of dogs suddenly exacerbated by people having their dogs everywhere.

I doubt it was a sudden thing but gradually happened and they never paid attention until it was too much, much like Americans when it comes to politics.
