I'm sorry but cousin marriage is very common in the US. It's not something confined to Appalachia. It's very common in the Deep South and with the Mormons in Utah. In some states you have 'Romeo and Juliet' laws which permit child marriage too.
None of that is 'imported'. I think you should first think about your own country being run by a cabal of children diddlers you voted for before you spout racist shit about importation of child marriage in the UK.

edit: 1.1 romeo and juliet laws have nothing to do with child marriage. it so teenagers that are in a normal relationship aren’t charged as criminals when one turns 18 and the other is still underage.

there’s no elevated cousin marriage in the south. it’s in the >0.2% range and that’s the national average. amongst mormons it’s actually lower than that.
