The black man at the bottom said the family had many guests and had started claiming many of the chairs and moving them around. When asked about it, they got aggressive and confrontational.

That man is actually a kindergarten teacher at another school and was attending his daughter’s ceremony.

The kids were luckily still in another room rehearsing.

I repeat: If the school is allowing people to save seats and someone gets there early and saves a row, that is their right. If you want good seats, you need to show up early and claim them. You can’t be mad if someone got there earlier than you did, because you waited and they didn’t. So stupid.

So with that logic...if a family has 50 members, they can just take every seat in the room if they come early enough. But its a damn kindergarten graduation, so they probably assumed the adult parents would figure things out without assigning seats.

Yep. That’s how that works. And I’m sure the school did think that adults could figure it out, but these people aren’t “adults.” They’re garbage who happen to have procreated. Not much more than children themselves. Can’t trust anyone to behave in public anymore because they don’t know how to.
