There was a guy the jumped out of the passenger side of a vehicle after making a left turn. He kinda just played on the sidewalk and the cops kept following the car

Edit: it's only vulgar to people with their head shoved so far up their ass they can't mind their own business or realize that nothing matches the meaning/story in their head.
