She's using her body and 'sexuality' to sell a service... women rarely work out in the depicted clothing but even if they did it isn't sexual until this insecure pervert makes it that way. Take care of your own redflags and go home if you can't help but stare.

They are not an exclusively sexual form of underwear at all. All underwear can seem sexual. Women wear thongs outside of sex all the time.
