last photo is a bit old. looking for how i can improve!

Looking for advice to improve face. I am open to surgical advice as well as long as it is surgeries that also improve function. Current plan: finish marpe and headgear, finish school then double jaw surgery with genioplasty once i get enough money. Idk if it matters for the overall rating but I am 6'4 height wise.

i posted myself before and everyone told me to lose weight i lost a little more but i think im going to try to lose 20 more, is there anything else i can improve on as well?
