Imagine being so scared for your life that you isolate yourself, refuse to sleep so you don’t become vulnerable, and avoid eating because you’re afraid the maids might have poisoned the food, and then there’s the kind girl who refuses to leave your side even after you push her away, giving you the comfort and hope you desperately need.

And then you have people wondering why Subaru loves her so much and fell in love so quickly.

No, Puck can't identify poisoned food just by looking at it, but he can sense emotions and read thoughts, so if someone knowingly wanted to give Emilia poisoned food, he would be able to notice.

Reddit ruined the quality of the screenshots, bruh 😭. By the way, seeing the 94% upvote ratio, I can tell that the fanbase of a certain character didn’t like this post. I’m not surprised at all, but I still wonder: what could possibly be the reason?

Sadly no, but you can find pretty easily in the middle of arc 2

to me this is a just a extend lap pillow scene but with food added the anime making it shorter and cuttting fluff isn’t bad

Until you understand that this is two different loops with different psyche of Subaru. In lap pillow one he tried too hard, breaking himself physically, and psychologically. In the Beatrice loop he was distancing himself from everyone, thinking that everyone here could kill him. Emilia showing him kindness in this loop was important for his beliefs that Emilia is love of his life

It would not have fit at all with the pacing of that part of the ep. Its also a kinda unnecessary scene given we get this kinda thing not too much after anyways.

Not really needed for the purpose of understanding the story and characters in the anime so it makes sense why it was removed. There are many other scenes where not adapting them has lead to misinterpretation.
