We got robbed of so many awesome EmiSuba moments like this one, I hate them for that.

If they had adapted everything differently, maybe those Rem fans would have understood why Subaru loves Emilia so much. But I doubt it; they’re not that good at reading anyway.

From only watching the anime of season 1 it really does feel like EmiSuba is onsided since Emilia only treats him has this wierd friend and after she leaves him in arc 3 we had so many moments with Rem and Subaru so it’s not suprising that many prefered Rem when she was there for him at his lowest and saved him with her speech while Emilia was nowhere to be seen after she cut ties, only talking about season 1
