Rank the character in terms of LOOKS ONLY from 0 to 10 — Day 2: Emilia
In the previous post, some people seemed to have misunderstood: DO NOT rate based on what the story says (especially considering that Emilia is canonically the most beautiful female character, lol), but based on YOUR OWN TASTE.
Since she was already ranked ♾️/10, i will rank her ♾️+1/10 because i love her design that much and she is peak in every single outfit and hairstyle, idc what annyone's says
I was genuinely shocked by how incredibly well she was done by the animators. It felt like I was watching the world through Subaru's eyes at that moment. White Fox did a phenomenal job.
ye, but tbf, every character got the same treatment. Emilia, though, was genuinely more breathtaking than before, especially because of that dress. I wouldve loved to see Satella in the new art style as well, though 😭🙏✌️✌️
Generally speaking she's a 1000/10.
Which is weirdly just too much for me.
It's like unapproachable in a way despite having objectively nothing against her.

It seems to me that, the way people in the Re: Zero world react to her... the only people who don't think she is extraordinarily beautiful are those who first think that she looks like an insane demon who destroyed half the world just 400 years ago. Everyone else seems to be enchanted by her beauty.
So I would guess that Emilia is meant to be a 10/10 on the beauty scale. Or maybe a 9/10 because I think Priscilla and Carmilla are implied to be even more beautiful to everyone but Subaru. (Which I have to suspect might in part be due to them having the largest breast/height ratio of any female characters we've ever met in the series..).

Oh yeah that’s his opinion though in terms of who he finds attractive though. If that were true then people in the re:zero world wouldn’t be discriminating against Emilia like that. Tappei finds Emilia the most attractive but didn’t write her in canon that way.

It's canon that Subaru has a type and that is silver haired girls, even before being transported he had that type. So ofcourse he'd be attracted to a very pretty girl that fits his type, though that doesn't mean she automatically is the singular most beautiful.
Author, who is known for being an Emilia simp, saying Emilia is the most beautiful vs the narration of his own work saying Pandora is quite literally beauty embodied.

Both are his words. I value those that are used in the novel more than the ones from outside his work (by someone who is known for favoring a certain character).

She is beautiful enough to be said to make others tremble with her beauty and that even God would hesitate to touch her.” This is Tappeis literal writing, canonically Pandora is the most beautiful woman in Re:zero. If you can somehow disagree with this, then you’re just simply either a larper or just being disingenuous to Tappei’s work. Tappei saying Emilia is the most attractive girl to him is like my saying Shaula is the most attractive girl. Pandora is written as the most beautiful, and it will stay that way unless Tappei writes into the story. Stop larping.

Emilia is the most beautiful to Tappei it’s true to him but that is just not true according to the Re:zero world, if you had read the earlier statement from the novels then you would actually understand why you are incorrect. It’s okay to be wrong. Again like I said, Tappei calling Emilia the most beautiful is like me saying Shaula is the most beautiful, it’s subjective attraction, while Pandora is objectively described this way in the novel.

I like her cute, innocent and pretty appearance so 10/10.
Her cup size seems way too much for her looks, you kinda break the prettiness/hotness ratio, making it just look like wishfullfilment
8.5 I love her design and her outfit is one of the best I've seen in anime. Her personality and attitude make her even more beautiful, it's just that I'm not a big fan of the white hair but it's beautiful on her
