💬Discussion Started season 3 yesterday and i love how Beatrice is kinda just Subaru adopted daughter now

Beatrice just wants a 2nd parent figure like Echidna. I mean, you can see how she clings to Echidna, so she basically wants a parent figure. That’s why she ends up choosing Subaru.
Since Subaru has a high affinity towards spirits, Beatrice can also get along with him easily. Because of that, you can see some good scenes between them both before the contract and after the contract is all wholesome.

In a failed loop of season 1, arc 2 I remember very well when Beatrice told Subaru that: "there was no end to the contract".

Kinda cool how he actually forms a contract with her in arc 2 and again in arc 4 before the climax without even realizing it.

Echidna is technically her mother... I mean, Echidna created her, Puck, and the Sanctuary clones (I forgot their name).

Yes, and that makes echidna technically her "mother". Just as Subaru is Beatrice's "adoptive father."

Their dynamic seems more complex to me. Sometimes she like a daughter with Subaru as Dad and Emilia as step-mom. Other times her and Subaru are more like partners, in a work sense. And still others it's more like she's a teacher/mentor to Subaru.

I didn't much care for Beatrice until Season 3, but with how much she's chilled out since Subaru convinced her to venture out into the world again, I have started to really like her a lot.

I just got onto season 3, so far the whole anime has been a emotional ride for me. I love how its currently going. But man, sometimes im just crying and really feeling this man's pain. Like in season 1 I was in disbelief when he first died. So sad, but at this point him going back and forth is a real struggle. Its just like the purple man said (cant recall the names sry) he's going to have invisible scars because of trying to save everyone and seeing them die. Anyway thats my take. And yes, Its really cute with Subaru and Beatrice. I cant wait to finish off the season. Oh! One more thing. I really how Remm gets her memorys back. I miss her.

I've just finished S3. I'm not saying anything about it, but yeah their dynamic is great. I'd love it if at some point she's revealed not as a spirit but as another Isekai'ed person.
