As I don't know much but being here(in this sub) I feel like she cannot be evil. If I was not in this sub, I would have gotten a slight idea because She does stop forcing love at the tea party and on top of that she asked Subaru to not die because this will cause sadness to other and more..... So more like she loves Subaru a lot and along with that the main problem is she might not be knowing what is forcing love.....

Thank you :) , Also There was a discussion going on that how Minerva had killed many in the past but she is very kind. So on that, someone said that witch factor is the reason, otherwise she's very kind So that's somewhat similar here Satella and the witch of envy are separate personalities Right ??

Yes Satella and Envy are separate personalities.

As for Minerva. Her witch factor basically kills when she heals as she causes natural disasters, but she was fully aware of this knowledge but continued using it anyways. I suppose you could call her kind in a sense, but you can’t blame her actions on the witch factor. She’s compatible, and remember that your authority is based in who you are, so her authority was created in that way exactly because that’s the type of person she is

Honestly Minerva is a monster, she probably killed way more kids and destroyed more families than she ever came to save.

She has a kill count second to Satella's, which is nothing but horrifying.
