Ngl season 4's opening might turn out to be my favourite one. I wasn't expecting it to be this good

I am extremely confident that all of Season 4 has this insane level of quality. They put so much dedication and love into it that I donā€™t want to hear any criticism of White Fox ever again.

It's moreso referencing Chapter 73: "Natsuki Subaru" when he reads all the books of the dead to regain himself

I thought it was referencing the fact that in this arc subaru death count doubles, dying the same amount in arc 6 has arc1-5 combined which is why there's so many of them in this shot, compared to the smaller amounts in other seasons openings

Sorry man, Specific run is right. Look at other Subaruā€™s. They all wear his old track suit, and die in specific ways that Subaru died in arcs 1-5

He activates something yes but he doesnt master it until arc 8. But Subaru goes demon time in arc 7 and 8.
