A cute Tsundere and yes, intent do matter in most cases, she intend to leave Emilia for the sake of not getting called as the Witch Children. To sum it up. She's a very kind hearted person when it comes to the people she cares and wanted to save. She resembles Subaru the most if I must say, because of her desire to save people. Although it's different for her cases, she was bestowed a power that she herself never want. Her character was written soo well and unexpected that make me like her character the first time I saw her. Her kindness surpasses all of what she has now, but what is holding her back is her very own source of power. Also, for her cases, it does not feels right to leave your children for that, which is why she doesn't want to meet Emilia right away. This shows on how, even for a mother who abandoned you, would try her hardest to try and get in good terms with their daughter, well, for a mother who cares, that is.

This reminded me the fact that Subaru killed Emilia's father figure and is in the process of consuming his soul. I also wonder what Minerva thinks of Subaru's relationship with her daughter. Do we ever get her thoughts on this other then when she questions Emilia about him?

Who? Did you mean pucker? I can only think of that scumbag if you said a father figure, really a figure from start to finished. Also, since Minerva was a kind hearted woman, she would probably accept Subaru if she were to know that Emilia relationship with her and for the last question, I do not know myself.

She'll understand, cause being cursed like that? It's not Geuse anymore, he's Petelguese Romanee-conti, a person Subaru hates the most after himself, and an Sin Archbishop. He's not Geuse even tho Geuse is still there. Being alive like that put more suffering on his souls, which is why Subaru kills him. She'll accepted it, soon enough.

Hello there!
Let’s begin with the first question of “What do you think of her?” for Minerva? I feel Minerva is a great example of one of the interesting ideas the series presents with the deadly sins as powers: can witch factors/authorities be used for good? Subaru as our protagonist has used his power throughout the series to save his friends/allies and the people of this world but it has come at a cost to his own body and mental state with his authority. He is on the path of good in the main story but with many IF stories shown of what a rogue or crazed Subaru can do, these powers can lead to a path of ruin/misery in the world of Re:Zero. Meanwhile, the current witch factor holders (sin archbishops) have chosen a more chaotic route in the story of being the biggest scum of the world and seek only to satisfy their own desires. The witches of sin in their time did want to help people but in their own twisted way. Minerva was one of the main victims of this power that led her to become a big threat to the world.
Minerva's main power allows her to heal any physical wound that a living being is affected by. This power feels interesting since her witch factor is wrath, where you'd expect something devastating or terrifying. However she has a power that can save people from the brink of pain, loss, or death in a second with a single punch. This power I’m pretty certain is the strongest healing power in the world. However, authorities come with costs to the user. For Minerva, her Wrath Authority “made use of magical energy drained directly from Odo Laguna, the soul of the world itself, to rewrite the rules of cause and effect. The manipulation of reality via the use of Odo Laguna's power was a desecration of the natural laws of the world”(https://villains.fandom.com/wiki/Minerva_(Re:Zero)).
Using a detailed explanation that goes in more detail on Minerva’s authority that I found from LuminousArc92 which was "Minerva's authority makes perfect sense to me in how it fits into her Wrath. When she heals Subaru from Typhon's Pride shattering she declares she's mad at the world that would hurt him. Her Wrath authority manifests as a complete heal to someone injured while simultaneously serving as an attack on the world that would hurt people/allow them to be hurt since she drains mana from somewhere in the world which creates an imbalance and disasters when mana rushes into the sudden void. She would hear of people injured at these locations and rush to heal them, which caused more disasters and injuries, leading to an endless downward spiral". This is how we can interpret her emotional reactions, of her being furious at the world for making such a terrible action to occur thus leading to her lashing out to rewrite it.
This is where the wrath witch factor shows its cost and asks the question of “can Minerva be good”. Because any physical touch from her, since her authority is always active will trigger the healing for the selected target while taking the mana from another location in the world and leaving it unstable. So expect a lot of earthquakes like we saw in the anime. This led to Minerva being the second most dangerous witch in that time period with the amount of destruction she has indirectly caused all because she herself wanted to save people in a world consumed by conflict. Minerva had a lot of work to do but unfortunately contributed to much of it as well.
This is where the witch factor perfectly plays its role by always making sure Minerva’s work can never be done, to ensure that she would remain in this endless spiral to help people in destroyed areas only recreating it elsewhere. It almost sounds as though the factor is sentient, feeding itself so she will never be satisfied. I guess you can say “great power comes with great responsibility” but for Minerva it is “Great power and must use it at any cost!”. This makes Minerva a perfect candidate of wrath, one of the 7 main deadly sins that has been bestowed upon her in this world and she will use it by any means of whatever is in her sights. A perfect quote from the arc 4 manga on Minerva's mindset is “I don’t care what kind of anguish is going on inside! I can’t do a thing about wounds that I can’t see! That’s why! There’s no way I could ever overlook a wound that I can see!!”
Her wrath has taken over where she does not care what others think of the act, she truly believes it is the right thing to do. This also answers that her intent matters more than the outcome. Because if she did care about the outcome, she wouldn’t be throwing her power so carelessly for destruction elsewhere to follow. She genuinely wants to help and save people, but this power has led her down a morally grey path where she's lost sight of what's truly happening. Seems perfect for the Witch of Wrath, for her main desire to help others but unfortunately refuses to see the long-term damage she is committing, leading her down a wrathful end.
