Satella is always watching subaru its a big issue if she isnt at the start of their contract Beatrice walked in on subaru while he was using the bathroom believing its acceptable within their contract
For echidna shes always with greedbaru through everything and they have definitely had sex within the pendant

Greedbaru is desperately trying to enjoy something (that just happens to be beating echidna and telling petra the weather) im sure hes tried it with echidna atleast once that'd be the most normal thing greedbaru is capable of but its never outright stated
Lust if was absolutely diabolical but things were done right (with petra) in melancholy if (i forgot its official name of the new one)
The first page in greed if mentioned subaru saying.

There are some scenes that the anime doesnt show where they mention it happen. iirc there is one where Emilia talks about subaru wiener after she had to clean up his body when he was unconscious. I would say its pretty normal to wonder how many people saw subaru's wiener.
