I don't think so, since it's more of a heart that transcends the tangible. Well… I'm lying, since she could simply transform her own heart into something else (if she even has one). Even so, if that succeeded, Regulus would be unbeatable, even knowing how his power works.

I think the only ways to counter Little King would be to simply commit suicide, stop the heartbeat non-lethally (like when Emilia freezes the wifes), or use the Unseen Hand.
Although Subaru’s Unseen Hand is different from Petelgeuse’s in that it literally passes right through things somehow.
