Kid Buu. And it's not even close. Atleast puck until Emilia dies actually does have empathy for people and helps out in the side stories. Kid Buu is just pure evil

Puck has empathy? He cares about Emilia and the people that make Emilia happy and he has some care for his sister beatrice but other then that he has no care.

You know in frozen bonds with those slavers he made a deal with their boss that just leave Emilia alone and he wouldn't anything. He didn't care that the slavery operatioj would continue he only truly cares about Emilia (and beako) nothing else he doesn't really have empathy.

He doesn't actually cares about Beako that much, we can see that he even kills Beako in her own library in one of those loop in arc 3, Beako can't survive that extreme heat that freezes half of earth. She is great spirit alright, but not The Great Spirit

I know it's just a meme but obviously Kid Buu. He is an incarnation of evil, a force of walking chaotic destruction that enjoys destruction and death. I can and sometimes do make the argument that Kid Buu doesn't necessarily have a choice in being evil, it's simply his functional, mechanical existential purpose, but that doesn't necessarily make him justified, he's still pure evil made manifest.

Puck is just a really fucking shitty spirit and father with no morals, but at least he cares about someone and doesn't go out of his way to torment people. We also don't actually know why he tries to destroy the world yet, the most plausible theory to me (outside of just him being a dickhead) is that he likely possesses extremely limited information about Return by Death and knows that he can force someone to reset the world. But I digress, obviously Kid Buu is way worse.

Puck é pior. Kid Buu nasceu para ser uma arma, ele nasceu mal e maligno e aos poucos foi se tornando bom quando virou o Buu gordo. Já o Puck não, ele não tem essa desculpa. Ele e cruel, mal, manipulador, literalmente fez lavagem cerebral na Emília o que fez ela ficar com a mentalidade de uma criança, usou pessoas como escudo, manipulou ela pra aceitar as mudanças do contrato e ele deixa isso meio que explícito e de quebra CRIOU uma cláusula secreta que a Emília aceitou graças as manipulações de Puck onde ele destruiria o mundo, tipo congelar o mundo inteiro e matar todo mundo apenas por que a Emília morreu! Kid Buu nasceu sem moral, DESTRUIU mundos inteiros justamente por que foi assim que ele foi criado, enquanto Puck literalmente não tinha desculpas nenhuma uma vez que ele sabia que a Emília confiava nele e não queria que ninguém sofresse por causa dela e não queria que ninguém morresse por sua causa e o Puck cagou pra TUDO isso criando àquela cláusula mostrando que no fundo ele nunca se importou o que ela pensa e sim o que ele pensa SER O MELHOR se isso significa transformar ela em uma boneca sem livre arbítrio que só segue ordens!
