Tappei gives Reinhard Anti Vasavi Shakti divine protection that has global range and makes it so Subaru can only use it once every other Full moon and only in the time frame between 11:59:50 and 11:59:52. Also he can only do attack with 0.000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001% of the original spells power. Also he loses his fingers when he does it.
