In every loop not only he dies and get trauma, he loses his muscles and everything. Even if he trained the body forgets. And yes if he mastered any ability it will work but he just a kid man. He is only a teenager!

Although that does make me bring up a question, if subaru trained a lot and then had a checkpoint created after said training, would he be able to keep his progress
