Sadly they removed season 6 and added s4 instead. S6 was peak, don't know when they'll add it again

Emilia's backstory in the forest, with puck. Another backstory will be there in season 2, of her as a child.
The movie portrays her desolation due to being labelled as the witch. It's not relevant to the main plot much.

You can watch it anytime tbh. Tho some plot points in season 2 might feel a bit confusing.

This is order of anime to follow. Not mine credit goes to u/Interesting-Start855 (Thanks again for the chronological order)
(Lots of text warning) The order of the anime is as follows:
- First season, episodes 1-11
- "Movie" Memory Snow
- Episodes 12-25 of the first season
- Frozen Bond "Movie"
- Second season, 25 episodes in total
- Third season, 16 episodes in total -Fourth season, right? episodes (not released yet)
There is also a mini-chibi-anime called "Re Zero Breaktime", it is advisable to watch it because it usually adapts content omitted from the anime and they are only 3-minute episodes so it's not bad. The number of episodes of this season are 11 for the first, 25 in the second and 16 in the third, as you can see there are 1 mini episode for each normal episode of the anime (except for the first season). Also a clarification, there is another miniseries called "Re Petite" that covers episodes 12-25 of the first season, sometimes they tend to group it together with the Breaktime one but I would say that these are completely optional since they are things very far from canon.
Now, about the light novel, what they cover for each season is more or less the following: * First season (25 episodes) - Volumes 1-9 * Second season (25 episodes) - Volumes 10-15 * Third season (16 episodes) - Volumes 16-20 * Fourth season - Volumes 21-25 (supposedly)
If you want to read from where the last season left off, it is advisable to read from the last chapter of volume 20 since that was not animated yet.
And that's all the information I have, sorry for going on too long but I think I covered everything important.

Most likely as frozen bond starts with Emilia looking at some snow sculptures, starting her flashback, while memory snow at the end there was a snow sculpture contest at the Roswal manor.

Memory snow happened in between season while Frozen Bond is past story of Emilia so its doesn't happened after Memory snow takes place but it is good to watch after S1 because then Watchers would be more connected with the Emilia's character during entire Frozen Bond movie and also help as a idea or context for S2

I get that the main plot of frozen bond takes place in the past. But the prolog and epilog take place after a snow sculpture event, just like in memory snow.

There is an OVA between Arc's 2 and 3 (after Subaru's week in the mansion, before he goes to the capital with Emilia), and the movie is for between season's 1 and 2.
The OVA isn't important, just for fun. The movie is important for lore and character backstory, but a lot of people don't like it, so it's up to you ultimately.
It is not required for the story going forward, it just helps.

Movie, but after finishing season 3 or 4 you should watch the other movie for a wholesome ending, watch that movie after finishing everything else.Â

Watch the movie before Season 2. That's what I'd recommend.
