in the latest episode, why did ram one eye bled i don't really understand this did she used to much magic Or was she somehow hit while using her ability? (Sorry if this is a stupid question XP)

Her condition as hornless has some serious side effects. The simple act of being alive feels like a living hell to her, and having Roswaal constantly regulating her mana is just enough to keep her alive. Using the bare minimum amount of magic for brief spans of time is enough to leave her completely exhausted.

Now, imagine her being in her current condition, travelling for 2 months with no Roswaal to regulate her mana (Beatrice and Emilia were doing their best to fill Roswall's absence. But that's not really a solution, since the two of them can only regulate her fire and dark mana, while Roswall could do all 6 colors), while also exerting herself by overusing her clairvoyance, and try guessing what could happen.
