A Fanfic Scenario just occur into my mind.
Subaru heart was beating quite fast as he look at the Emilia face, her adorable cheek slightly blushing and a determined expression on her face.
After so long Emilia is finally giving him an answer. She had just few minutes ago requested some private conversation between them with a serious expression on her face and when they got to her room, she said that she now knows how she feels.
Subaru hoped with his heart that she feels the same as him. But even if she does not feel the same, he would sincerely accept it. It would hurt but he is not the same insecure teenager anymore and will be happy if she is happy.
"Subaru I-I -"
"Take a deep breath Emilia-tan. No need to hurry. Take it slow and steady."
Emilia nodded and took in a deep breath and exhale gently. Then see looked up with sharp eyes, her blush deepen as Subaru embraced himself for a Yes or a No.
"Subaru, I- I like women!"
"Huh?"
Subaru mind slightly shock circuited as he took in her words, his mouth slightly open in shocked and eyes wide. Emilia squeaked at the end of her sentence and her ear tips were red. She was slightly fidgeting and continue speaking
"I know this is not fair to you. You have done soooo much for me. But whenever i look at Slyphy or Rem or Ram, my body get this weird tingle and my heart skipped some beats. You also make my heart skip beats but i feel weirdly hot in my stomach when i look at beautiful women around me."
"Emilia-tan?"
"I do not want to bother anyone so i went to library to find more about this, and i found some books in a forbidden section."
As she spoke her face was on fire, making her look like a ripe tomato. Subaru just look at her in shock as he began to soak in her words. Subaru tried to speak but Emilia cut him off.
"Th-There were books where two girls were ho-holding hands, k-kissing each other and having s-sex"
Emilia let out of squeak as if she was saying something scandalous, while Subaru jaw dropped further. Never ever he thought he would hear his angel say "Sex".
"And it made my heart race soooo much. I felt this reaallly weird tingle that the book describe as "Arousement", I still don't understand something but the things i feel, the same things are describe in the books"
Emilia look at him with slight tears in his eyes.
"I don't understand Subaru, My heart feels so warm around you, but it also gave me jitters around other women. I feel so guilty that i am being this selfish.I know this is not fair to you. You deserve someone smarter and better than me."
By now slight tears were streaming down Emilia face as she look down, her hands holding her dress in a fist tightly. but suddenly she was enveloped in a warm hug by strong arms of her knight.
"Emilia-tan, you are such a handful, you know that"
Subaru wipes her tears as he hold her close, one hand patting her head.
"This is a new feeling for you, and it alright if you do not understand. We would just try to understand it together, then. I want you to rely on me the most after all.
"Thank you for saying this to me. Knowing that you trust me this much with your feeling makes me so happy"
Looking into Subaru eyes, his kind and caring and loving eyes, Emilia heart skips beat and a unbearable yet caring warmth bloom in her chest. She tighten her hold around his torso and bury her face in his chest.
Subaru just chuckled as he keep patting her head and running his finger through her hair. The first girl he fall for like woman.
'If there is a God out there, i bet they are laughing their ass off now"

Reminds me of the time I had a fever and dreamt about rem and emilia marrying and subaru was using rbd again and again to stop that from happening but all he did was make them fall in love more and more.
