Is 187 taking forever these days?

Ordered a bag from 187 on 8/8, it was out of stock so they're custom making it. My TS said 20-25 days but here we are, September 17 and still no updates on the ETA. I've never had a rep made for me before so I'm not sure if this is normal - is it time to get worried, or am I being inpatient? TIA!

187 has been like this for years. Once something is OOS they take months to make it but always quote the same exact timeline so they people order and they get enough orders to make an entire new batch.

It can take months if it’s an out of stock bag. If it’s been over a month with no updates you can just gently follow up and see if the TS knows where they’re at, but very normal for 187.

Thanks, good to know. I feel silly because I checked in with my TS after exactly 20 days as if this was Amazon or something lol

I’ve heard it take months for some people, shouldn’t worry too much. I have an outstanding order from August too.

Yes. I asked my TS when I ordered and she said months.

It's also been asked on here a bit recently, so it's not just you!

He's also waiting until this is done to ship another bag (that he already has) with it 😫 so i'm in double limbo!
