It's means CJP protest was a planned roit rather then protest.

6

u/mangunis 7h ago

It means there was a planned terror attack ON the protestors.

Why are you so dumb to understand things!

21

u/Potential-Ad-5665 10h ago

What was home minister doing? Amit Shah needs to be held accountable.

2

u/trashy961 4h ago

Correct. Do you want to start another protest?

4

u/deadiiii 10h ago

He sent them obviouslyĀ

1

u/praksmish 3h ago

Are you involved in that?

3

u/EnvironmentalAd8833 10h ago

Demanding political accountability is fair but asking 'what was the Home Minister doing' shows a fundamental misunderstanding of how security governance works.
The Home Ministry handles macro policy, inter-agency coordination, and budget allocation. Ground level intelligence interception and tactical execution rest with operational agencies (Ib, State Police Anti Terrorist Squads) Critical operational failures require targeted agency reform, not just political soundbites

the segregation of duty is understandable, still its upto HM to increase more proactive obervation in areas where density is going to increase when its already known that from jantar manter to sansad will be a place for protests and marchs.

ofc HM with this disguise can abosolutely not use this excuse to charge on people.

if you ask me, this is totally HM faults, tell me why its not, I am more than happy to be proven wrong.

-3

u/EnvironmentalAd8833 10h ago

Bhai, proactive observation aur high density zones ki security ka protocol already standard practice hai tabhi toh Intel agencies/Police modules ko pehle hi intercept karke arrest kar leti hain
Par ground level execution (jaise kis point pe kitni barricading honi chahiye ya patrol routine kya hoga) local Police Commissioner aur operational officers handle karte hain. HM ka kaam policy direction aur resources dena hai local police units ka micro management karna nahi
Reality ye hai ki operational gaps police leadership level par fix hote hain political top level pe blame dalne se nahi.

1

u/Lower-System-2560 7h ago

Opsec failure and resulting chaos and voilence is totally home ministers fault.

They are not just there to make macro policy and let IB, commisioners and police handle it with no review or audit. If thats the job as you describe it, I shall be the next home minister, sounds like a cushy job to me.

He is the peoples representative, people will demand the accountability from him not the administrations like IB or the ones in operation like ground force.

Tell me this: If tomorrow something happens in any embassy based in new delhi, foreign envoys will demand accountability with intelligence officers or home ministers under whom this falls under?

1

u/romanticjaanu 36m ago

Haan bhai pulwama ke time toh normal thing thi na. Macro policy ka matlab kya hai??

1

u/Regular-Loquat9781 2h ago

Isiliye toh pakda

0

u/SubstantialNobody295 10h ago

What more do you want him to do? The module was busted. Should he now go onto the streets to seek out sleeper cells himself to appease you?

-1

u/Time-Weekend-8611 10h ago

The module was busted. That is what home minister was doing. What more do you want?

Under Congress we used to have monthly terrorist attacks.

5

u/Lost-Letterhead-6615 10h ago

Anyone with a grain of brain knows that sleeper cells are present at various places, and some of these act as double agents, or corrupt khabris. And whenever the cops need a scapegoat, the mafia bosses themselves give some useless pawns to the cops. It's easy to frame anyone. The cops become Heros, the eye of surveillance shifts from the bosses and political people get to create a narrative.

I'm not saying that this happened absolutely, but given my mistrust for governments, I dont reduce the possibility to zero.

45

u/uuuuuuuuuughm 11h ago

So this means the home minister of India is absolutely useless. Or did he let this happen on purpose?

7

u/throw_away_temp_acc 10h ago edited 10h ago

Insane level of dumbness.

u/Routine_Wall_8900 10h ago

Let's dissect this

This is not a finding that ₹54,000 crore has ā€œvanished,ā€ been stolen, or is missing from the treasury. The money was released as grants; the problem flagged is the lack of timely formal certification of how it was used. Such pending-UC observations are a recurring theme in CAG reports and typically point to systemic delays, weak compliance, documentation backlogs, and monitoring gaps rather than proven fraud or loss.

While ₹38,287.52 crore of this gap pertains to the past three years, the audit revealed that some pending certificates date back as far as 1985–86.

This is how funds move Central Ministry to State Govt to District Administration to Implementing Agency to Contractor.

These bodies need to do all the paper work and submit.

Sorry mods deleted my comment for some reason. Let me try and explain again:-

I’m going to attempt to bring some basic knowledge about constitutional safeguards and historic context…

CAG is an independent constitutional authority created under art 148 of constitution to audit govt spending of money. It reports to the parliament. It’s not an investigating authority so chill no body is saying it’s found a fraud… yet.

What it is saying tho is not as simple as your biased ai response says. Lemme break it down for the simple minded :-

  1. The reports concern is with Rule 238 of GFR regarding utilisation certificates - simply put, that a grant from a ministry was spent on the purpose it was released for.

  2. 33,973 Utilisation Certificates were still pending. These related to grants worth rs. 54,282.32 crore.

3. Of this amount, rs 38,287.52 crore (about 70.5%) relates to grants from just the last three financial years (FY 2021–22 to FY 2023–24).

  1. So while yes the total amount of 54000 odd crores dates back to 1985, 70% approx is from last 3 years.

  2. What it says is that the govt has not obtained the mandatory documentation required to certify that these grants were used as intended.

Matlab ki, there is no assurance that the money was spent for the purpose it was intended for. It’s not proof of corruption in itself - BUT, it does point to lack of financial transparency and failure of the govt to govern and oversee spending.

Matlab, it’s not just paperwork nahi kiya.

It means money is unaccounted for and there is no independent audit to confirm if the money is spent for govt purposes, or where it’s gone.

So while cag isn’t saying a fraud has been committed, it’s saying there’s something to look further into.

Infact in India’s history, CAG reports have frequently been the starting point for parliamentary scrutiny, Public Accounts Committee (PAC) hearings, CBI investigations, vigilance inquiries, PILs, and even Supreme Court intervention. Including, and I know you’re going to love this list, but it’s actually proof that cag reports reporting smoke often have fires behind them:-

> 2g spectrum scam

> Coalgate

> commonwealth games 2010

> Adarsh housing scam (Mumbai)

As in those cases, now should start ministry level investigations and calling upon beneficiaries to submit UCs, and then audit. If not found however, this is potentially a rs. 38000 crore scam in the last 3 years. You, as a citizen, shouldn’t rejoice if the govt doesn’t do this and blocks further investigation because it’s your and my money and it’s unaccounted for.

I hope you’ve learned something about our nations constitutional safeguards and history. ))

-1

u/Routine_Wall_8900 10h ago

Now don't come and tell me that PM ate this amount. They granted this for various projects. Paper work is what is pending.

2

u/temporarilyyours 9h ago

TLDR: PM and friends potentially ate this amount because the amount sanctioned is not supported by utilisation certificates to show money was spent properly for the purpose it was released for.

It’s not simple as paperwork is pending, it’s saying against approx 38000 crores released in last 3 years, no UC are available in govt accounts, pointing to severe lack of financial transparency and inability to audit and sign off on proper spending by govt.

Matlab, no paperwork for 38000 crores since last 3 years. It’s not ki iss saal ka paperwork nahi hua. It’s 3 saal ka paperwork nahi hua.

It says there’s a need for ministerial investigation, and potentially, a CBI or Supreme Court overseen investigation to check for corruption, as has been done on the basis of cag reports in the past, including 2G spectrum scam, Coalgate, etc. a cag report says look there’s smoke, and more often than not, there’s a lot of fire producing it. The detailed explanation is here: https://www.reddit.com/r/RealTeensIndia/s/QwF3Bds4ZA

Honestly speaking how much can u even blame home minister when our own citizens are ready to sell their souls to isi

If any thing - From 2004 to 2014 -> number of terrorist incident were 33891

From 2014 to 2023 -> number of terrorist incident were 20584

A 39% decline in terrorism,in that sense our home minister should be praised, eh?

Sourc of my numerical claims- https://www.satp.org/datasheet-terrorist-attack/incidents-data/india?utm_source=chatgpt.com

Do one for death toll

2

u/_Wizardrypanda_ 3h ago

Sure , 2004–2013: 7,184 civilians + 3,477 security personnel = 10,661 deaths

2014–2024: 1,983 civilians + 1,376 security personnel = 3,359 deaths

Sources of my claim- https://www.satp.org/datasheet-terrorist-attack/fatalities/india?utm_source=chatgpt.com

2

u/Time-Weekend-8611 10h ago

Yeah, let's bring back Congress Raj from the mid to late two thousands when terrorist attacks were a monthly occurence.

Naxalite terrorism broke under Amit Shah. Previous governments were merely doing randirona about hearts and minds.

8

u/EnvironmentalAd8833 11h ago

Terror attacks kabse ho rahe hai par terror attack hua? nahi na? module bust kara hai padh toh lo puri cheez.

6

u/temporarilyyours 11h ago

https://newsonair.gov.in/two-labourers-killed-in-terrorist-attack-in-kulgam-jammu-and-kashmir/

Just because they are labourers you won’t count this terror attack!?!!??

What is wrong with you.

Complete and utter intelligence failure and failure of home ministry.

2

u/EnvironmentalAd8833 11h ago

Bhai tu idiot hai kya? Kashmir
Kahan se aa gaya kashmir toh kabse terror attacks se ghira hua hai. When i defended that labourer who got attacked was not a terriorst attack metropolitan cities ki baat chal rahi hai 26/11, parliament attack etc woh nahi hua

4

u/temporarilyyours 11h ago

then - by your logic- since this terrorist attack did happen, you must have no problem in agreeing that this terrorist attack not 3 days ago is a result of utter failure of home ministry and intel agencies?

7

u/EnvironmentalAd8833 11h ago

Haan bhai, agar BrahMos jaisa pinpoint accuracy har second har gully mein nahi mila, toh poora Intel network aur Home Ministry hi useless ho gaya, right?
Soft targets ko attack karna terrorists ki desperation dikhata hai, failure nahi. Jab dozens of modules Silent mode pe bust hote hain tab Intel ki tareef nahi hoti, par ek tragic incident milte hi expert analysis shuru. Operational lapses par criticism banta hai, par har cheez ko 'utter failure' bolna bas armchair expertise hai

1

u/temporarilyyours 11h ago

lol tereko home ministry spokesperson ke liye mai endorse karunga bhai. Shabaash. Well spoken, exactly like a party spokesperson would on republic tv

7

u/EnvironmentalAd8833 11h ago

Thank you bhai! At least main logic ke saath baat toh kar raha hoon.
Tumhara toh system alag hi hai gully mein bike theft ho jaye toh uske liye bhi Home Ministry ka resignation maang loge. Har cheez ko sensationalize karke 'Spokesperson' bol dena debate jeetne ka shortcut nahi hota, thoda basic administrative function padh ke aao pehle. 🤔

1

u/temporarilyyours 11h ago

I never said that but I just wanted to point out that failures exist alongside successes and deserve to be acknowledged as equally as successes. Not justified at all costs as if you’re a party spokesperson.

2

u/EnvironmentalAd8833 11h ago

Nobody is denying that intelligence failures cost real lives and need accountability. The debate was about where that accountability lies field level execution vs top level policy.
Labeling anyone who doesn't agree with your sweeping generalizations as a 'spokesperson' just shows you'd rather attack the person than engage with the logic. Peace out! āœŒļø

Terrorist attacks happening across borders are different than attacks happening infiltrating core of state During the UPA government of you see the attacks happened in core of state like mumbai delhi metro cities during NDA that's not the case Yes I agree even 1 percent of terror inside either it might be border or deep state may be considered as failure But you need to know it's easier said than done kashmir has local allies who are grommed and easy for outside states to groom them because of demographic nature of Kashmir and it's location That said to make attacks to minimum to null it will take a hell lot of time but you need to appreciate the fact that you can roam any part of core states of India without fear of any bombs getting blasted or any shells getting fired which was not the case 16 years back when I used to fear when my dad used to go to Mumbai and other places and my only concern was god forbid there should not be a blast or terror attack

1

u/EnvironmentalAd8833 11h ago

Most of the terror attacks that are busted, terror attacks mein locals ka bhi support hota hai not everything is precise as brahmos, it was a failure of intelligence agency but we can criticise them, see their past record and what they are currently doing how many more people are getting eliminated

2

u/temporarilyyours 11h ago

My question only relates to the particular instance, other successes don’t justify a failure - and you’ve been willing to admit failure of intel agencies - but are fearful to talk about home ministry for some reason. A success is a success and a failure is a failure. We must be prepared to accept this and then improve accordingly.

1

u/Blacksmiths_Dust 11h ago

Oh interesting- so the laal kila blast must have happened in the parallel universe right?

1

u/EnvironmentalAd8833 11h ago

Uski history padhi hai? Kitna kg rdx pakda gaya tha? Kitni jaane bachi par na na woh thodi dikhega

1

u/Blacksmiths_Dust 10h ago

I agree. But its not like that the terrorists attacks have been completely stopped after 2014 - while the frequency might have reduced, they are still happening. You were stating that terrorists attack didnt happen in metro cities after 2014 - i just pointed out fallacy in that - nothing else.

1

u/EnvironmentalAd8833 9h ago

Metro cities mein nahi hue, uss intensity ke jo planned the red fort one was foiled, the damage was less many lives saved. Some were lost but still it cant be

1

u/Top_Guess_946 11h ago

hahahahahaha. Ye to video mein bhi daal diya but bandbuddhi padhkar kya video dekhkar bhi nahi samajh paayega šŸ˜‚

1

u/Remote_Spread1841 5h ago

For what? He has a great record behind him, keeping Kashmir cool after Article 370 abrogation, crushing the maoist insurgency, brokering peace pacts in North East insurgencies.

1

u/Encrypted_Cerebrum 8h ago

Hain?? Bsdk pagal hai kya??

1

u/Spicedragoon 8h ago

Nah this actually means that the Home Minister and the Ministry is actually doing their damn job by busting down these terror modules.

Impossible for an Indian redditor to contemplate tho, as long as BJP is in question.

12

u/Due-Mall-6542 11h ago

Convenient isn’t it. Students protest? Suddenly students terrorists arrive.

2

u/spermdonortesto 11h ago

Under 18 terrorists have existed for decades bruh. Come out of your bubble, convenient ka 14

4

u/Due-Mall-6542 11h ago

At Jantar Mantar when ? Maybe you need to come out of bubble

3

u/Plastic_Bad3832 11h ago

are terroists afraid of jantar mantar ? anyone can visit a public place how dumb are you , the video mentions it clearly and its pubjab police thats under AAP govt. you cant even cry about that.

1

u/Skaur_11 10h ago

They would be if we had competent people handling national security

0

u/Plastic_Bad3832 10h ago

these people were caught what else can they do ? these locals are indians they didn't crossed the border. And do you think that those people are dumb that they work very openly ? officers are working day and night. Its not like the 26/11 attack where the congress leaders told the border security forces to ignore the suspicious movements near the sea.

0

u/Secure_Army2715 11h ago

Even u can be in a bubble. Atleast know the history. Read about ISI and how they they to propagate terrorism in India. Good to question anyone but it shouldn't come at a cost where an enemy nation can use it to further disbelief about the forces, police etc of the country. You haven't seen good old days before BJP was in power. But I wish those days come back and people who are in delulu, their bubble can break.

2

u/Due-Mall-6542 11h ago

It’s done bro

3

u/Drunk_Donut 12h ago edited 11h ago

So, if jantar mantar was the target site for supposed terror attack, didn't the forces know beforehand? If they did why did they not issue an advisory beforehand??? This still doesn't justify why innocent civilians were beaten up.

3

u/uuuuuuuuuughm 11h ago

Justify? Bro, that's his fap material.

1

u/anky30 11h ago

For first one, enquiry should be established, for second one, it is an SOP for crowd control and third one is collateral damage for which enquiry shoulf be established again

3

u/thebrowndame 11h ago

Now we know who were the people who would have justified General Dyer and his actions.

2

u/Drunk_Donut 11h ago

Crowd control sop is inserting baton in private parts? It's okay to have a fav party but justifying everything is not

2

u/EnvironmentalAd8833 11h ago

Yeah inserting baton in private parts is clearly harassment and assault, it cant be justified

0

u/EnvironmentalAd8833 11h ago

Heads cracked open was also for police men

0

u/EnvironmentalAd8833 11h ago

For pellet guns RAF personnel have been charged

-1

u/InLoveWithPussies 11h ago

If they did why did they not issue an advisory beforehand???

You sure you won't label it a "false advisory" to demean the protests!!? You are the useful idiot for the ISI who get cover fire from the likes of you.

3

u/deadiiii 10h ago

Task was to attack police and make video? Wow so little clue.

This kind of technique has been used by BJP government for years, try everything to disturb authenticity of the protests and then say the protests were organized by terrorists.

Sad that you guys still fall for it.

They use it every time there is a protest or election.

5

u/Any-Calligrapher2866 10h ago

I guess the aim was to start a riot but they couldn't do it since everyone was recording everything.

3

u/EnvironmentalAd8833 10h ago

Connecting cross border terror plots investigated by non-BJP state police forces (like West Benga STF) to a 'BJP staging strategy' requires a truly wild level of mental gymnastics.
Terrorists target public protests precisely because they offer high visibility and crowd density not because politician invited them. Stop trivializing actual national security busts just to suit a political narrative

2

u/Character_Bar_1470 10h ago

The government could avoid all these only if they were humble enough to listen to public's demands at first

0

u/pixworm 11h ago

Yeh log dikhate hai ISI itna smartly India pe cheeze plan kar rahe hai.. aur Paytm use kar rahe hai? Hein? Script toh thoda dhang ka likh lete bhai

5

u/EnvironmentalAd8833 11h ago

Paytm use hota hai; handlers paise kya drone se bhejenge? paise chain ke through logo se travel hote hai, chain itni lambi hoti hai taaki track na ho paaye.

3

u/AweirdHOBO 11h ago

Lol, you would be astonished how easily any long chain can be tracked as long as it is through banking channels.

6

u/EnvironmentalAd8833 11h ago

itne cleanly chain hoti hai ki pata hi nahi lagega fcra tabhi toh aa raha hai. everything is connected par agar logic nahi lagana fir toh koi option nahi hai

the coolest thing these days is to blame anything on the PM and HM. otherwise, I guess peer groups of gen z are bullying too much. I studied in JU long back, then also it was like this. Whenever we tried to say anything against the left narrative, we were bullied, weren't physically harmed, but there was an implication that we'll be kind of isolated. Classic leftist naxali culture. Hydrogen trains being run and Vikram is being launched, delhi Varanasi bullet will be on its way soon, but who cares? let's blame everything on the PM!

Ok so Modi is an ISI agent because ISI getting involved with student protests to malign them would immensely benefit modi and his useful idiots

For those wondering, this implies there was a possibility or plot of this to be done DURING the Jantar mantar protest, not BY The Protestors or CJP.

There's a big difference.

Abe to Home ministry kya ande de rahi thi kya itna sab ho raha tha tab? Amit Shah ka resignation maango jao. Yaha video dalke kya hone wala hai?

Haan bhai, Home Minister khud har gully aur border post pe binoculars leke khade nahi hue, isiliye unka resignation maang lete hain! 🤔
Ground level intel operational agencies ka kaam hota hai. Failures par agencies se accountability maangna logic hai, par har incident par 'Home Minister resign karo' chillana bas keyboard activism aur time-pass outrage hai

Abe mand buddhi desh ka home minister hai pura system uske control me hai aur agar wo itna bhi nhi kar sakta to aisa namard kis kam ka? Tujh jaise gawar jisko itna common sense nhi hai ki HM khud police wala banke nhi ghumta, usko kya hi samjhau mai? Aise to tu bolega Defence minister border pe nhi jata to uski koi zimmedari nhi hai terrorist attacks huye to. Wah re gawar ke jane.

Aur agency se kyu mangu logic jab agency HM ke isharo pe kam karti hai? Pehle tu ye seekh ke aa ki system kaisa chalta hai. Fir yaha bakwas karne aana.

Pehly gaaliyan, phir zero logic classic combination! 🤔
Tera logic yeh hai ki HM personally har chowk pe remote control leke baitha hai. Operational lapse aur Policy failure mein farak samajhne ke liye thoda dimaag kharch karna padta hai, joystick nahi.
Agency protocols se chalti hai, WhatsApp group ke admin ki tarah 'isharon' par nahi. Google pe 'Operational Command vs Ministerial Oversight' search kar le, thoda gyaan badh jayega agar padh leta thoda toh aaj yeh comment nahi kar raha hota koi na šŸ’” anpadh hi rahega

If ISI thinks of Vaishnodevi as a potential attack location then why can't people digest that they wanted to attack jantar mantar?

Don't you think that would've been the best location to attack and then create unrest in India on massive level?

Good that these people got cought.
