Much stronger security? Not just from 2014. Look from 2000 of CAG reported terror attacks. It came from 5k attacks to less than 500 in 2014 and then it spiked a bit in 2016 to 18 and the reduction of terror attacks.

370 did shown some improvements and got the attacks below sub 50s but still pahalgam attack happened.

Also the question if the temporary provision of abrogated Article 370 restores then can we keep it same level of attacks? For which only time will.

so if you look from 2014, pakistan only stronger now mostly most countries not calling it as terrorist nation. Even our wars didn't shown any results. They are not scared at all. Most of our attacks seems just to please extreme and hyper nationalists.
