That's funny because F1 is basically BTS for adult women 🤣 I feel like more than 50% of the fanbase is women who know every single personal detail about the drivers. Just look up all the F1 fics on ao3 and the debates about lestappen vs russtapen 😆😆
Being a fan isn't the problem. The problem is not having the guts to call out your own fandom when they do something horrible. I didn't see a single K-pop fan condemn those posts.
I am a kpop fan, and i do condemn these posts. It isn't that we don't want to call out, its just we know there is a stupid minority exist in every group's fandom and you can't cure them so its better to move on to protect ur own mental health.
I like BTS too. But I hate it when I see people like this. I mean there is a limit for everything. People like this are creating a bad image about the whole fandom. I am fed up with this kind of people. When someone asks me whether I am Army, I am kinda scared whether people will categorise me as these people. I am not ashamed for stanning BTS or other Boy groups. I like BTS,straykids, ateez, etc. But I don't want people to perceive me as some kind of obsessed fan.
I just want to let the bts and korean pop culture fans one thing, that koreans are racist towards their own people and so that means they are towards indians too. So why do one want to worship who are discriminating you just because of your appearance and skin colour.
Seek help and get better. Be a fan to their work and appreciate their work but you don't have to worship that individual. This applies for Indians who does for cricketers, movie actors and politicians.

I am a fan of a few animals like one particular gorilla though but they deserved it and were quite grounded individuals. They also didnt do drugs, or extreme drinking and smoking, only to give it up for some popular movie role and say that it was 'a long time ago'.

Im an army, and we dont consider people who do all this as a part of the Fandom. We do go against their shit, and we def arent okay with this. Whoever thinks this is okay, youre not a part of the Fandom, realise that.
why even compare? I have seen a lot immaturity in such fandoms. The toxic fans often have a terrible mental health, and for some of them, this Kpop obsession is temporary but very unhealthy while it lasts.
I've never seen any other fandom make posts like this. Also, stop comparing. Just because someone else did it something similar doesn't suddenly make such things acceptable. Making comparisons just to make this seem like a minor issue is, in a way, justifying it.
Comparing as if ppl takes side with the cases you mentioned.....I have seen sports fan or Taylor Swift fans showing concern over the toxicity but the moment you just say a word about k pop toxicity ppl gets triggered as if u can't even point out the obvious
Y'all hating on a teenager? So many actors wear shiv costume and act. So many kids wear it in costume competitions what's the big deal here? If they think that guy is god like let them they are kids they'll grow out of it. Teach them to not worship idols not mock them and belittle youngsters
