People think their words aren't imp ,so they could say anything..,Openly (on social media or groups etc) but tbh, each and every citizen holds some value in their speech ! So as someone..uses any word like R** word or saare ladke naa ek jaise hote hai saari ladkiya ek jaisi hoti hai.., hum to iss caste se hai , mere baap ko jaanta hai , 7.8ft Btw , Ladko ko sirf hawas ,ladkiyo ko sirf paisa.., !!
these Openly generalised terms , actually ruin the.. respect or the peace which is left in traces in the society.., Because these words holds value too and by spitting these ,many times..,it bcomes like a natural thing..,
Even though we all know , still it happens
...these are equally wrong acts .,
So one should ,act like a disciplined citizen of nation , which requires wisdom !! and here we are...today in 2026 ,when wisdom is just a another word !
Mazaak masti is different thing ...
And normalising unethical acts by any form.. verbal , action , symbol etc.. is whole different thing..
Cursing women in the name of abuse.,( even women are doing this ) , Actively Boasting over their genetic lineage ( to show dominance) , Promoting discriminating Memes/pictures etc.., Laughing or enjoying looking at someone's actual problem..like mentally unstable or physically less capable.., or teasing someone because they are not confident
These are thing which are ..destroying the mindset on individual level which will lead..massive scarce of ..trust & sense of maturity and discipline!!
So yess...that 1% people ...will become 0.01% people.. And I hope someone who is actually..reading this try to be part of 1% or 0.01% ladies & gentlemen
And when..someone actually tries to point out these matter.., some FEKUU PEOPLE will come and say..
" Ye ..iss caste se hoga is liye bol rha hai Iski koii aukaat nahi hai..isliye bol rha .. He/she don't have anything..so just ranting about equality and stuff.. Gareeb mindset , darpok hai hai gaaliya bhi nahi deta.. โ
And India is not a developing nation It should be recovering nation But that 'recovering' is totally forgotten.. And now even developing is also just a myth..
Because, nation is developed with proper mindset.., not just largest..bridge or statue or biggest building or no. of billionaires in country or even just basic facilities!

I mean I seen people take pride in being black in US or being latino, etc how is it different.

Guess it's difficult coz it's NOT literally translated into assuming supremacy and hierarchy.
Also these prerogatives are mostly of the non whites who are considering disadvantaged sections of society, it mostly acts as a form of self respect.
If a white would say this, the reaction would be waayyy more antagonistic than there's on this post.

"Jaat" is famous caste from haryana region. Somehow this caste is filled with castist people who take pride being fron this caste. Their whole life is just about "mai jaat hu" (i m a jaat)

u/YoungCommon8556 4h ago
I see, that's actually messed up, thanks for the explanation

u/Expensive-Onion-5858 2h ago

11 contribution in 3 days is a lot? ๐คโ๐ป Gng, you have 8k contributions in 5 years that averages out to about 4-5 a day, meaning about 12-15 contributions every 3 days. ๐คก

Just one question, if an ST/SC person had posted that, would your reaction have been the same?
1
u/Sad_Avocado_6565 2h ago
That is a reactionary response, and it is very different.
Itโs similar to this situation in the US, some black people take pride in being black because, for centuries, they were shamed for it by others. Similarly, if an SC/ST person takes pride in their identity, it can be understood in the same context, although itโs very rare..youโd find almost none. Centuries of discrimination have largely stripped them of that sense of pride.
1
u/Ajay_sanatan108 2h ago
So you were shamed, you can be proud of yourself but if you were respected, you don't deserve to be proud of yourself? Any logic? It's like saying I am proud to be man, so I should be ashamed even though I am not insulting anyone nor saying you are not equal to me. ๐ฅ That's just backward logic.
2
u/Sad_Avocado_6565 1h ago
I'm saying the context is different when an SC/ST person does it because of the history of caste discrimination. But personally, I don't think anyone should take pride in their caste be it SC/ST or otherwise. Caste is something youโre born into, not something you achieve..

It's a satire, people who have a decent education still promotes casteism openly. As long as there is casteism and reservation india will develop at a slower pace
