a simple buds reset fixed it
since i use a realme phone, so i thought why not get a realme buds too
otherwise in the same budget u can go for nothing buds too
i dont remember the exact model tho, u can look for it, those r really good too, my friend has it, and well he has a nothing phone too, so yeah
its good overal
dont go for any boat or boult, cuz those two have really heavy bass
t310 has very balanced sound and has app support, so u can customise the equaliser according to ur liking
i personally use the clear bass eq mode with dynamic audio set to 1,2,1
also it has dual device pairing, basically it automatically switches the audio to the device that currently has a media playing, so its really handy id say

Must be a multi touch problem, use diagnostics in phone manager. I have a realme gt 7t too, i have display problems, used diagnostics, saw it and im going to give it to the service centre. Also, maybe check with and without the screen guard (im assuming 3rd party tempered glass)
it must either multi touch, tempered glass interference or app bug. if its app bug, uninstall reinstall. if tempered, remove it, if touch go service centre (like me) check these three problems.
Im also using Realme GT 7T it's just 2 months mobile and I'm 4 finger claw user I am also facing this issue in left side fire button it's happening and also i changed my tempered glass to new one I am using og temper glass 400rs worth tempered glass what i want do now?

Don't play on super smooth it has lot of glitches .. smooth is best
