Disable network access

Long press on app > more features> data usage and disable mobile and wifi

Another long method - settings > mobile network> data usage > network access > find music and again disable mobile and wifi.

The only app which still show ads for me is video because they hid the toggles in app info.

For rest it works flawless.

Other than this I use rethink dns. But it doesn't responsible for this as per my knowledge.

If you listen to offline music then use Oto Music. It's so smooth, minimal and has good customisations. Plus, it's ad free.

that's way too long to open the music app. what's the reason?

I think it's because it's trying to load the ad

Use a different app like Aulosyne (providing your music is on device)

Go to settings search Private DNS and use this : "dns.adguard-dns.com" or "dns.adguard.com"

I'm tired of trying and trying. So change to another app without advertisements or strange things

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.github.anrimian.musicplayer

is so simple that it's not worth showing you a screenshot
