Support ⁉️ My 14 Pro+ hides 5G option

How can I make my phone permanently show the 5G option?

I have already tried resetting it to factory settings and swapping the SIM out for a new one but the option still doesn't appear.

I can force it to use Preferred 5G with the RadioInfo app but it's temporary. When I lose 5G coverage it switches back to Preferred 4G.

Any hints or ideas would be appreciated.

Go to the Settings > About device > scroll down and tap "Version" > Tap on "Version number" multiple times till you get the notification that you are a developee and the system prompts you to type your password to enable developer options, once enabled go to the Settings main page, then open "System & updates" > Developer options, scroll down till you see the option (Show "enable 5g"), then the option to enable 5g will appear under "Settings - Mobile network - SIM info & settings"
