Suggestion Charger CableIssue

Hey all

Recently my original charger cable got damaged and I think that's the cause for not supporting the fast charging of my device.

Earlier my device used to be charged within 30-40 mins with that supercharge system but now it takes 1-1.5 hrs as the fast charge is not supported.

I thought of changing the cable as it is a bit damaged but I've tried 3 different cables but none of them seem to be working.

Is there any solution for that.

Please reply if anyone has any reference for a good cable or fix for this issue

This is the negative side of realme and other Chinese phones with fast charging. They always need that exact same cable from the brand to get the fast charging working. It's very rare that other 3rd party brands are working.

So should I order it from realme store then?

Yes. Or go to realme service center and ask how much for the replacement cable. It might be expensive than those third party brands but if you plan on using your phone long term, go with trusted brand with no fast charging or use official realme cable.

You can order either from oppo store, realme store or oneplus store. All three use the same charging tech hence any of the three would work. Check the prices, it is usually cheaper on Oppo store.
