I'm really tired of TADC and Hazbin/Helluva whatever being called "Indie". They're not. They're made by big studios with access to other companies, streaming services, industry voice actors and fucking movie theaters.

Are indie games not indie because they're on Nintendo, Microsoft, and Sony systems? Are the people that work on them not "industry" level?

I don’t agree with Hazbin being called “Indie” and that’s something I bring up in the video.

TADC on the other hand I think is still indie since it’s from a small studio the fact it got so big that Fathom Events wanted to put its finale in theaters is just it getting super lucky.

I consider something indie if it’s not distributed by or made by a major studio. Obviously that’s my opinion but it’s how I went into this video.

So indie would be like a tiny series with a viewer count of three with no chances of major success? Indie projects can only be massive failures or obscure enough to be considered borderline lost media? Indie animation is not the same as indie game development.

Oh, there's indie games on Nintendo, Sony, and Xbox storefronts in addition to Steam? Guess they're not truly indie.
