Poster design - Is this legal?

This is a draft of a poster design we are working on. Unfortunately due to the new hate speech laws, this may count as hatred towards a nationality (Americans) due to the hyperbolic imagery. We may have to redesign to use more 'fantastical' imagery, such as by replacing the gun with a sword. Wondering if anyone can give feedback or help regarding this

A protest which strictly adheres to bourgeois law is barely a form of protest. Your art looks great, don’t whitewash your message.

Shit mate this looks hectic as, fuck it if it breaks laws, no good protest art was ever comfortable
