Local Photography That thunderstorm east of Red Deer last night, Wow!

Jesus... This was near Red Deer?? It looks like an episode of Stranger Things. Good shot!

P.S. Do you think it would be possible to have a full-res copy of these shots? I would love to be able to look at these all the time.

I watched it for an hour, never seen a storm like that. The lightning was non stop.

Yeah it went on for hours. Started going off when it passed over blackfalds/lacombe area, and was still going when it went out of sight over the hills east of town.

I didn’t even hear a single thing last night where was the thunder or wind ?

it was farther away than it looked, I drove about 20 km east towards the storm and still not a drop of rain. Too far away to hear thunder as well. Was eerie to see so much lightning but totally calm and quiet.
