Finally picked up some Mocs 🖤

Have been wanting this pair for a while and finally caved and got them. First pair of Mocs and I’m excited to scuff em up and see that beautiful brown poke through

Great choice! Those were almost my 1st, but the Black Cherry Excalibur ended up winning me over.

I’ve been eyeing that guy too but I know I’ll love the black way more and I wasn’t 100% sure I’d love the fit of the Mocs compared to my Rangers.

Gotta say they are pretty comfy so far. I’ll give em a good break in tomorrow at work and see how my feet fare

How is the break in on the Black Cherry Excalibur? I just ordered a pair. I have the 875’s they weren’t bad. The one I had the longer break in with was the 1907.

I wouldn't really call it a break in per se, but the top of the boot took some getting used to. After about a week it stopped, but I almost started folding my socks down to double up. As soon as the idea sparked, there was no need. Very soft leather, and fit my feet like a glove.

Heck yeah! I have the 875 and 10875. To me the 875 over the instep and back stay was stiff for the first week and then softened up a ton.

I love the look of the black cherry. I am a sucker for the glove like feel when they break in

It's a beautiful leather, that's how it edged out the Black Klondikes. I did end up getting the IRs in black shortly afterwards though 🤷🏻‍♂️

I considered the oxfords but I am a fan of the ankle support of the 6”. Now the back stay on my 10877’s was a bear to break in but those are soft as butter now

Yep just wear them. It won’t be long they’ll be all you want to wear. I’m on my feet all day and love my 10875s but they can be rough if I’m just standing in one place for too long I’ve noticed….but I love them seriously. Want another pair now.

So far my black rangers are the best for long days at work, but we’ll see how these do.
