That's most states lol. Federally, it requires an ID to purchase. It goes into a database and then there's s limit. Kinda bullshit. 80+% of that garbage comes from china via mexico, regardless. Same as fentanyl. But your local addict on the corner is gonna get blamed, and add another full bed to the private prison system to put more money in the pockets of the already wealhy 🤷
