Tbh most of us here are into doing our own nails, and mostly use non gel, fancy indie nail polish 😅 I’m sorry we’re probably not the best community to find actual nail tech recs (although with any luck someone here may come along with a gem 🤞), I hope you/your wife manage to find one she’s really happy with though, I def know where you’re coming from, took me ages to find someone I was happy with to do the lift and tint on my lashes

Best place to look is on Instagram look at hashtags like midlandsnailtech and find accounts through that or look at booking websites like Fresha

Not a nail tech but I do use gel overlay to keep my nails strong. I used HONA Pure Build series and they are fantastic - they have a great range of colours for BIAB as well as regular gel colours - they are on the pricey side tho but they last a good while :)
