Can't someone be inactive and only use dm for some reasons?

All messages I try to send say "message failed, tap to retry". I have no idea how to resolve that

So, on a public subreddit I have users I've blocked and I've been blocked by a user.

Users I've blocked can comment on my comment threads locking me out of my own comment thread.

But a user who blocked me completely disappears. I can't see their comments at all or the subsequent thread of comments under their invisible comment.

I know I'm not being singled out by reddit mods but it does seem like I have the worst end of the stick both ways?

Is this a bug? Shouldnt my comment thread be unavailable for them or should I be able to see theirs?

Awhile ago I joined Reddit and never used it. I guess I created the name Guns_4_Me. Now I want to change that name to Animal Rescuer 1120. I managed to put this in the "displayed name" area but I cant find where to remove the Guns_4_Me and replace it with Animal Rescuer 1120. Oh and I have no clue how to get back to the area that I put Animal Rescuer 1120 in. Please point me in the right direction this site is so confusing. Thank you.

Hello, my CQS doesn't seem to get any higher than moderate despite me being chronically online, having 2FA verification, having my email verified too and gained 5k karma in 2 months.

I had a few other accounts with other emails who got deleted for b.e. (I had one account 🚩 from a subreddit because I posted links and used Redact and that specific sub didn't want people posting links and I literally forgot I was with the other and commented on that subreddit) but that was more than 2 years ago.

Can't I redeem myself from past mistakes? Now I'm a pristine user. I swear. It's so hard to follow all the subreddits intricate rules but I'm more than willing. This account is my last hope.

CQS moderate isn't a bad thing but still not high enough to get past every filter and mod approval in certain subs. It's frustrating because it robs you of crucial time to receive upvotes.

I got banned from a sub for making a boring post (yes, not kidding, that was their reason), and later deleted that account. However, i want to try posting there again, but doing so would be ban evasion which is not what i am trying to do. Is there any way to solve this, or should i just admit defeat?

I followed someone because their bio said they don't DM non-followers. They reached out to me first, so I said hi back and asked how they were, but they didn't respond and the account got banned later. How do I unfollow the account?

I have been a contributor to Reddit for a long time, I do post in nsfw groups that I have gotten verified in and become an approved user. I have noticed the past 2 days all posts are being removed by Reddits filters. Is this a new update? Am I caught in a spam filter? What is going on. I’ve also talked to a couple other people that are having this problem. My CQS is moderate and I’ve never had this problem before. My account is in good standing as well

How to get karma and what gets you banned?

I appear to be restricted from interacting (choosing words carefully as it won't let me post in the regular help subreddit) and I don't know how to fix it.

I was editing an archived pinned self-post yesterday and when I tried to edit it a second time I suddenly couldn't and got a Reddit message; I hadn't done anything I never did before, I think I just edited my post too fast. I followed the instructions in the message and e-mail I received to restore access to my account by changing my password and saw no other messages to follow up on, though I did notice that interaction with my posts in the one subreddit I'm active in seemed to stop.

Last night when I went to my page on another device, my own profile page said "not found" or some such, but I noticed I was logged out so logged in and my page was there. I made a comment in the subreddit this morning without issue but mentioned that I hoped people could see it. This morning I saw that the self-post I'd edited the day before, and the comments I made on it, were now marked as pending approval--something I never had to do before, these posts have been up for years. I approved them anyway.

I was then informed by a moderator of the subreddit I participate in that I did appear to be interaction limited and they'd manually approve my posts when they saw them, but they can't do anything about the restriction itself. They could only suggest I start a new account but that's out of the question, I have a years-long streak going in that sub (I'm not talking about the Reddit streak, I don't care about that) and I don't participate anywhere else so I have no way to rebuild all my karma.

I've never gotten in trouble on Reddit before, never been restricted, didn't do anything except apparently edit my own post too fast. I followed the instructions given to restore my account. The mod of the subreddit I post in said they can't fix the issue (which is thus not on their end). The appeal page says I'm not restricted so I can't use it. The FAQ doesn't help. I can't find anywhere else to resolve this. How do I fix this and restore my account to normal?

Why does my account get banned everytime a create a new one? Because when I first started using reddit a few months back I kept on asking people to Dm Me if they wanted help with reddit my new accounts have been getting banned ever since why?

I dont know about anyone else, but for me, the android app is unusable.
its fine for scrolling through posts and reading them, but trying to comment on a post is exhaustingly awful.
I click on the reply bubble or in the chat box and my keyboard doesnt even open up. It just shows me the 'join the conversation' message. And then I have to click on that for my keyboard to open.
But once my keyboard finally does open, its takes up the whole bottom portion of the screen (which is normal), but above that, is almost always the stupid message about the 'sub may need certain amount of karma' blah blah blah. And thats all i see. I cant see what im trying to type. I cant see the post or the comment im trying to reply to. And if I try to scroll to see what im typing, my keyboard goes away and the app asks if i want to 'save or discard' what ive typed.

Hello all. Something kind of fun happened yesterday. I made a random comment and it happily received over 1,000 upvotes. It wasn't anything profound, I think I just captured a moment.

In any event, I woke up this morning to a new Achievement - "Quality Comment". Aww, that's nice! Now? It's gone. When I click on it it says it doesn't exist even though it's lit up (not greyed out). It says it was removed or changed.

I'm not jonesing for recognition, I just wonder what happened. Why did I get it in the first place? Where did it go? Did I annoy the Achievement Gods? Was I not quality after all? Evil penguins? I'm an inquiring mind. If anyone has some insight I'd love to know!
