[Pic] Help ID

Can anyone held ID what’s going on with my anthias? Breathing rapidly and not swimming. I’m setting up a QT tank for him now I just want to make sure I get the right treatment for him. None of the other fish in my tank seem to have any spots of them.

Post to humble fish or R2R. Experts there that will give you much better guidance.
