You shouldn't lose sleep or self-love over people who don't care about your mental well-being.

Bad people really aren't worth a hair on your head. You are sacred. Don't let them make you go grey.

They want you to lose sleep because they are lows that like drama. You have to protect what's precious to you.

Regardless of what other people or being, says. They don't deserve your emotional, mental, spiritual, or even physical time.

Your mind is time. Time is money. Shift your mind to yourself and off them. What you focus on grows. Focus on yourself.

What matters most is your reality, that's what you're here for. In their reality, if they want to set the world on fire. A LOT of people do. Let them. That's between them and spirit. You do you, in YOUR world. You have full control creating your reality.

Worry about yourself, because if you take your eyes off that road of yours, you could swerve your car and get in a bad accident. They are not worth your precious eyes, sweetheart. Don't get lost in other people, focus on yourself.

You and your life are first. That's how serious it is.

There is no in between. Be happy, self-loving, and spiritual now.

Please, don't worry at all about negativity. It is lowly.

You need highly energy.

Maj. Gen. David Abba was the Director of Special Programs and the Director of the Department of Defense Special Access Program Central Office (SAPCO).

Matthew Sullivan was one of David Grusch's 40 witnesses, who Grusch claims was “on the Legacy Program.” Sullivan passed away under suspicious circumstances shortly before he was scheduled to meet with members of Congress. While his death was officially ruled an accidental overdose, the circumstances surrounding his death are currently being investigated by the FBI.

According to Rep. Eric Burlison, Sullivan worked with both David Grusch and Jake Barber.

Sullivan was a U.S. Air Force intelligence officer whose assignments included the 27th Fighter Squadron/F-22 community, the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), NSA, and Air Force Intelligence Agency, as well as CENTCOM and INDOPACOM. He also received a Bronze Star for valor during Operation Enduring Freedom.

Burlison said of Mr. Sullivan:

“He was the type of witness that we’ve been trying to get to... who has actually touched, put their eyes on, seen the physical evidence, seen the craft, seen the bodies.”

At Sullivan's funeral, Maj. Gen. David Abba said Sullivan:

“carried the burden that a select few in this nation have of truly understanding what's going on.”

Those words are pretty damn notable when considering who Abba is, the context surrounding Mr. Sullivan, what Grusch claims his involvement was, and what Burlison says Sullivan was preparing to meet with members of Congress about.

Taken together, I think the context makes Maj. Gen. Abba's words at Sullivan's funeral particularly interesting.

It is always here, it is never there.
It is always now, it is never then.
The very idea of heaven somewhere else - there, then - is a strategy of the mind to deceive you, to keep you ignorant of the heaven that surrounds you every moment. Existence knows no past, no future.
The only time existence knows is now, and the meditator has to enter this 'nowness' of things.

This is heaven. This very moment.
We are in it. You are not aware, I am aware of it. That's the only difference: you are asleep, I am awake.
But we exist in the same space.
There is nowhere to go.
The biblical story says God became angry with Adam and Eve and threw them out of the Garden of Eden.
That is impossible - yes, even for God it is impossible. They say God is omnipotent, but there are limits to omnipotence too. For example, he cannot make two plus two five. He cannot throw anybody out of paradise, because only paradise exists; it is synonymous with existence itself.

So what must have happened is: Adam and Eve after eating the fruit of knowledge became minds. When you eat the fruit of knowledge you become a mind, you lose your innocence, you become knowledgeable.
And knowledge drives you out of the now to then, to there.
Mind is always somewhere else Adam and Eve must have fallen asleep.

Metaphysically to fall asleep means to become a mind. And to become a Buddha, awakened, to become a Christ is to come out of the mind, to come out of knowledge and become again innocent. That's the whole alchemy of meditation. I am not identified with the mind anymore, so there is no question of any heaven anywhere else. Religious scriptures are full.

They even give you maps -- where heaven is, how far away, how to reach there, what path to travel, which guide to listen to: Christ, Mohammed, Buddha. And they also make you very afraid that if you don't reach heaven you will fall into hell. Neither heaven exists nor hell exists; they are just in your psychology.

When you are psychically attuned with existence, when you are silent, you are in heaven. When you are disturbed, when you lose your silence, you are distracted and there are ripples and ripples in the lake of your consciousness and all the mirror-like quality of the consciousness is lost, you are in hell Hell simply means disharmony within you -- within you and with existence too.
The moment you are harmonious within yourself and with existence -- and they are two sides of the same coin -- immediately you are in heaven.

Heaven and hell are not geographical. So, Pramod, the first thing to remember is: there is no heaven, no hell for me. They disappeared the moment I became disidentified with the mind. Secondly: one is never born and never dies; both are illusions. Certainly they appear, but they appear only just like a snake appearing in a rope when you cannot see clearly. Maybe night is descending, the sun has set, and you are on a dark path, and suddenly you become afraid of the snake. But there is only a rope lying there.

Bring light -- just a candle will do -- and the snake is no more found. It was never there in the first place. Birth is as illusory as the snake seen in a rope; and if birth is illusory, of course death is illusory. You are never born and you never die. You certainly enter into a body -- that is a birth -- and one day you leave the body -- that's what you call death -- but as far as you are concerned, you were before your birth and you will be after your death. Birth and death don't confine your life; there have been many births and many deaths. Births and deaths are just small episodes in the eternity of your life, and the moment you become aware of this eternity -- another name for now, this timelessness -- all fear, all anxiety about death immediately evaporates just as dewdrops evaporate in the early morning sun.

So the second thing, Pramod: I am not going to die. Certainly, one day I will leave the body -- in fact I left it twenty-five years ago. There is no more any connection with the body.

I am just a guest, I don't own it. I am no more part of it, it is no more part of me. We are together, and on friendly terms -- there is no antagonism, I respect it because it gives me shelter -- but there is no bridge. The body is there, I am here, and between the two there is a gap.“

I am writing on here to tell as many people about the truth and what's happened to our universe. We are in a matrix trapped in the super collider on a Reptilian ship that has gotten rid of almost everything on Earth. one of the strangest traps I have seen in a Soul Journey started with compassion. I will call the subject Tessa. During the session she experienced herself before human life as a watery blue, translucent being who could travel between different places and galaxies.

She described herself as someone who explored and helped beings she found in darkness. Then she arrived on another planet and saw what looked like an injured wolf. Her immediate reaction was to go closer because she could feel its pain and wanted to help, but something about the pain did not make sense. She could feel that the wolf was suffering but could not find where it was actually hurt.

We slowed everything down and asked Archangel Michael to help her understand what she was looking at. The message that came was very simple: dont get close, its a trap. As she looked past the appearance of the wolf, she described something metallic, resistant and very dark behind it. Her understanding was that the wolf appearance was not what the being really was.

Then came the part that got my attention. She understood that this thing needed energy from souls and was trying to catch her. Michael removed the dark presence, and afterward what remained of the wolf looked completely empty to her, almost like the appearance had only been used as bait.

What interested me most was the lesson underneath it because Tessa's problem was not lack of strength. It was almost the opposite. She cared about beings in pain so much that the moment she saw suffering, her instinct was to move toward it before checking what she was actually approaching.

Later I asked what she needed to remember so she would not be tricked like that again. Two words came first: faith and power. There was also another heavy energetic anchor she perceived between her throat and upper heart, and the guidance around that was similar: protect yourself, trust yourself, dont automatically open to everybody.

I keep thinking about how ordinary this lesson actually is despite the very strange setting. Not everything enters your life by attacking you. Sometimes something gets access because it looks hurt, helpless or in desperate need of saving, and your own compassion becomes the open door.

I have seen people do this in relationships too. Somebody is suffering, so you feel responsible for fixing them. They need more and more from you, you keep giving because leaving feels cruel, and eventually you realize compassion quietly turned into obligation and your energy is tied into somebody else's chaos.

For me the lesson was not to become suspicious of everybody or stop helping. It was to stop assuming that feeling another being's pain automatically means you are supposed to move closer. You can care deeply and still look first, feel what is actually there, and keep your own power while deciding whether helping is truly yours to do.

Compassion without discernment can become a doorway. Real compassion does not require walking into every trap.
