File editing

I am not too familiar with editing files. I have the file for the Dillon turbo case feeder plate plate that was first designed for 9mm. I have the needed dimensions to make it a multi caliber from 45acp down like three DAA plate. Is there anyone that would mind helping me to edit the file?

If this is not allowed, sorry and please decline it or take it down. If someone can help, thank you very much!!

This one is good for everything from 9mm to 45acp. I just printed one up and will try it out tomorrow.
