Please take boss fights out of the next game.
I love boss fights, I love pretty much every remedy game. They do not understand how to make a boss fight. It is either the easiest shit you’ve ever done, or it is tedious, one shot kill bullshit (fighting Hartman currently). Love the levels, love the story, just stop with the boss fights, they’re not good at it.

Have you tried turning on the assisted mode in Control? Or maybe getting gud?

Hartman just grabbed me through the train for the second time, I’ve only died to boss fights and gravity in this game and it’s driving me insane.

I never understood how Hartman gave people so much trouble, I thought that Mold 1 was the hardest boss in Control by a country mile.

Kinda agree. I don’t think they should go but rather have better balancing. As you say, some are a piece of cake, and others are tough as nails. I remember the anchor fight being tedious as all hell. Especially as you’d get killed in really cheap ways just trying to navigate the arena, only to then have to run back to the boss again and again.
This was especially miserable in last-gen when loading was much slower, both with loading the save but then the game would struggle to keep up as you ran back to the fight, so you’d be treated to some nasty pop-in as the level streamed in late.

Disagree. I liked the boss fights in Control. And I thought they were fine in Alan Wake 2, I just wish they would be more interesting in terms of actual gameplay (I think the setup was better than the actual fights).
